What to Know Before a Tent Rental

Welcome to CleanZol Event Rentals! We’re a family team offering you beautiful tent and party rentals right here in the Phoenix Valley. We realize not everyone has experience planning events that require tents, so here is some helpful information to get your started.

Pick Your Date: Most of our reservations are for Saturday and Sunday. We usually set up on Thursday or Friday and take down on Sunday or Monday. If needed, we offer flexible setup and takedown services from Friday to Monday, granting you a full weekend to maximize your rental value. Why not extend the celebration with a pre-event cookout or a post-event brunch?

Estimate Your Guest Count: You don’t have to get this exactly right for your event. We understand that you might not have a firm headcount yet, but plan on having everyone protected under the tent in case of rain.

Choose Your Setup Space: A clear area is crucial for tent setup. We need a completely unobstructed space to set up the tents.

Check for Underground Hazards: Safety is paramount. As we secure tents using deep-ground stakes (roughly 3′ deep), we need to be informed of any underground lines or systems, such as sprinklers, electrical wiring, or septic tanks, to prevent any disruptions or damage.
